Please contact us at cs@infinitycanopy.com prior to returning your order. All products must be uncut and unused 15 days from the date your order is received. If the fabric has arrived damaged or defective please notify us immediately with pictures so that we can work on replacement fabric. In the event you simply change your mind due to color or fabric type a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping and handling is not refundable. You must return the products originally sent to you at your own expense to us with a note requesting a refund. We must receive all items no later than 15 days from the date your order was delivered by the carrier as indicated by the delivery confirmation information. Guarantee valid for one purchase per household and products directly purchased from outdoorfabricdiy.com only.
